[ ] A new viewer can identify the subject without the preceding exchange.
[ ] The answer or story reaches a complete payoff.
[ ] Qualifications and speaker meaning survive the cut.
[ ] Important visual context remains visible.

CAPTIONS
[ ] Words were checked against the audio at normal speed.
[ ] Names, numbers, abbreviations and negatives were verified.
[ ] First and final caption timings match the trimmed clip.
[ ] Lines are readable at phone size without pausing.
[ ] Contrast works over both light and dark frames.
[ ] Word highlighting follows the correct word.

EXPORT AND PUBLICATION
[ ] The downloaded export was watched all the way through.
[ ] Sound-on and sound-off reviews both passed.
[ ] The destination preview leaves captions and important visuals visible.
[ ] Any separate caption track was reviewed for errors and overlap.
[ ] Title accurately describes the excerpt.
[ ] Published URL and the exact approved export are recorded.
