We want Snipri to be worth your money. If it isn't, here is exactly how refunds work.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
On your first subscription payment, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge for any reason. Email hello@snipri.com from the address on your account and we will refund the charge, no questions asked.
2. After the first 7 days
Subsequent renewals are non-refundable. You can cancel any time to prevent the next renewal — you keep access and any remaining minutes through the end of the current billing period.
3. Failed generations
If a clipping job fails on our side (e.g. the AI vendor returns an error), the minutes used for that job are automatically refunded to your account balance. You do not need to ask.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues by email faster than your bank can. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
5. How to cancel
Cancel from the receipt email LemonSqueezy sends with every charge, or email hello@snipri.com and we will cancel for you.
