One address for everything: hello@snipri.com. Snipri is run by one person, so there is no ticket queue and no phone line — but there is also nobody to route your email past. It reaches me directly, and I normally reply within one business day.

If a clip came out wrong

This is the most useful thing you can write about, and the easiest to fix when the report is specific. Include the link to the clip or the job it came from, what you expected, and what you got instead — a caption in the wrong place, a crop that lost the speaker, a moment that should not have been picked. Those three details are usually enough to reproduce it without any back and forth.

Billing and refunds

Subscriptions are billed through LemonSqueezy, and the terms are in the Refund Policy. If you were charged for something that did not work, say so and quote the email address on the account — that is faster than anything a self-service flow would give you.

Bugs and requests

Bug reports are the ones I get to first. Feature requests get an honest answer about whether they are close or far, rather than a form reply: some of what people ask for is a week of work and some of it is a rebuild, and it is more useful to know which.

Copyright and legal

Takedown notices have their own route and requirements — see the DMCA Policy. For anything about the terms you agreed to, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are the current versions, and the same address reaches me for questions about either.

Press and partnerships

Also hello@snipri.com. Say what you need and when you need it by.
