Billed by the recording, not by the clip
Klap counts the clips it generates. Snipri counts minutes of source video, so keeping more or fewer clips from the same episode costs the same.
Klap alternative
Pay for the minutes you bring, not the clips you get. Snipri turns long conversations into captioned vertical clips from $9/month, billed monthly.

Why Snipri
Klap counts the clips it generates. Snipri counts minutes of source video, so keeping more or fewer clips from the same episode costs the same.
Snipri's Starter is $9/month on monthly billing. Klap's pricing page shows yearly prices, starting at $14/month billed yearly.
Snipri's free plan covers 90 minutes of source video, spread across as many recordings as fit. Klap's home page FAQ lists one free video.
Every candidate is scored on hook, payoff, standalone sense, arc and quotability. Hook, payoff and standalone sense each have to reach 7/10 or the moment is dropped, and the five scores sit next to every clip so you can see why it was picked.
Plans meter minutes of source video. Cutting ten clips from an hour costs the same as cutting three, and changing captions or trimming afterwards uses no minutes.
Snipri is made by a single developer. Email goes to the person who wrote the code, and the limits are written on the page instead of discovered in the support queue.
