Made for full-length recordings
Submagic's standard plans cap each video at 2 to 30 minutes. Snipri starts from the whole podcast episode or interview and finds the clips in it.
Submagic alternative
Start from the full episode, not a finished short. Snipri finds the clips in a long recording and captions them, from $9/month.
Start free with 90 minutes. No credit card required.

Why Snipri
Submagic's standard plans cap each video at 2 to 30 minutes. Snipri starts from the whole podcast episode or interview and finds the clips in it.
Snipri's Starter is $9/month on monthly billing. Submagic's Starter is $19/month, or $12/month billed yearly.
Long video clipping is not listed on Submagic's standard plans. In Snipri it is the core of every plan, with the reasons for each pick shown.
Every candidate is scored on hook, payoff, standalone sense, arc and quotability. Hook, payoff and standalone sense each have to reach 7/10 or the moment is dropped, and the five scores sit next to every clip so you can see why it was picked.
Plans meter minutes of source video. Cutting ten clips from an hour costs the same as cutting three, and changing captions or trimming afterwards uses no minutes.
Snipri is made by a single developer. Email goes to the person who wrote the code, and the limits are written on the page instead of discovered in the support queue.
AI clipping

Smart reframe
Face tracking keeps the speaker in a 9:16 frame, and a stacked layout keeps two people visible when they share the shot.
Technology interview · From close-up to two speakers in frame.
Captions
Pick a style, then fine-tune fonts, colours and position. Saved brand fonts and colours apply to every clip.
Editor
Trim or split a clip, rewrite the hook title card, and add your own text, images and logo before you export.
