Change or cancel a plan

Plans are paid through Lemon Squeezy, which handles the checkout, the receipts and the subscription. Plan & videos in the app shows where your plan stands.

The page opens on the videos you have used and the ones left. The card named after your plan lists its price, the videos it includes, the Length per video a job covers, the Clips per video a job can return and the day the period ends. On a yearly plan, Videos come back gives the date of the next refill.

1. On Plan & videos, press Get more videos or Compare plans to open the plans.
2. Choose monthly or yearly billing, and press the plan you want. The checkout opens at Lemon Squeezy.
3. Once you have paid, you come back to Plan & videos, which says Confirming your plan until Lemon Squeezy confirms the payment, then shows the new plan.

A paid plan can be paid by the month or by the year. A year is $286.90 on Starter, $862.90 on Pro and $2,869.90 on Scale, 20% less than twelve months, paid once, and the plan's videos still come back every month.

On a paid plan, pressing a plan on the pricing page opens your subscription at Lemon Squeezy, where you change it, instead of starting a second one. The new plan shows on Plan & videos once Lemon Squeezy confirms the change.

Lemon Squeezy sends a receipt with every charge. Its manage subscription link opens your subscription, where you update your payment details, see your invoices and cancel.

Cancel from the manage subscription link in any Lemon Squeezy receipt, or write to hello@snipri.com and the team cancels for you.

A cancelled plan keeps its access and the videos you have left until the end of the period you paid for. After that the account works within the Free plan's limits, and your clips stay in My clips.
